How do I apply for a loan?

Simply click the link for Apply now, and then click on the Create an Account link at the top of the page. You will be asked to fill in particular information and then click the button that says to Apply Now.

If I am a retailer and want to access our account, how do I do that?

We now have a link labeled ‘Retailer Login’ that provides access to all your loan information for your buyers. This access is under one e-mail address for your location, and you will need to know your retailer access number. 

 

How do I make an online payment?

If you are paying with a debit card you can follow the link that states Debit Card Payment. If you are paying with a checking account, please log in to access your account information and follow the prompts to pay now. 

How do I access my account information if I have a loan with you?

Follow the link that states ‘Login for Current Borrowers. ‘ There you will have access to readily available information such as your monthly payment, your account balance, payment options, and payment history, among other information, or how to contact our servicing team.

If I have applied for a loan, how do I follow up on the required information or check the status of my application?

To access your application, you can follow the prompts to Apply Now and log in using the username and password that you created when you applied. 

 

What if I forgot my username or password?

You can click on the links labeled “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username,” which will allow you to retrieve your username or reset your password. You will need to know the name that you applied with and the e-mail address that is associated with your account.

Is my information safe and how do you protects my personal information?

CSL uses leading edge technology and encrypts all information from end to end. We take security and privacy seriously and take extreme measures to protect and secure your information. 

How long does the application process take once I submit my application?

We can approve your application within 24-48 hours, but final approval is contingent upon receiving all requested conditions, including income documentation, retailer documents, and other necessary items to verify the information. Typically, it takes two to three weeks to complete an application and produce closing documents. After that, the process depends on how quickly the home can be delivered and set up. 

Will you escrow property taxes and insurance with the loan?

CSL Financial, LLC will escrow an amount to cover your insurance and taxes each month, ensuring they are paid promptly each year. Please discuss this with your loan officer during your application process. 

Do you offer refinance opportunities on manufactured home loans?

Currently, we do not offer loan refinancing services. If you are a borrower with us currently and need assistance with your payments or are struggling to make them, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our servicing department to discuss how we can help you.

What Loan programs does CSL Financial offer?
  1. We finance manufactured home of various sizes. Our standard offers for new homes include the following:
    • Standard pricing for credit worthy borrowers with credit scores above 600.
    • Limited Credit pricing for those borrowers with credit that is not yet 2-3 years old or just started gaining credit.
    • No credit score pricing for borrowers that are just beginning to start credit or those that don’t have recent credit to be scored. 
    • Major derogatory credit borrowers for borrowers that have had recent bad circumstances that have affected their score such as bankruptcy, repossessions or foreclosure but not limited to those items. 
    • Down Payment assistance program pricing for borrowers that have lower credit scores but have been approved for programs where the down payment will be 40% or more of the value of the home. 
    • We also finance Second homes, Investment homes and Buy-For homes for people that want to have a nice place to visit on the weekends, earn rental income or want to help out a family or friend with buying a home for themselves. 
  2. We also finance Used homes with all of the above programs but the rates and terms are different.
