We do not accept loan applications directly from or lend directly to individual consumers. Please do not attempt to submit a loan inquiry or application through or on our social media platforms. Remember that your posts to CSL’s social media platforms will be public and can be seen by anyone. You should not share or post any personal, private or sensitive information that you would not want to make public or generally available. Please do not provide information about specific applicants or borrowers or any loan details or other personal information. Social media platforms are not secure, and we are unable to answer questions directly on any social media platform. Please call or email us with any questions.
Please keep your comments appropriate, respectful and relevant to the platform. Off topic posts or comments may be hidden or removed. Your posts should never contain any unauthorized and/or unsolicited advertising, spam, hyperlinks or content protected by copyright, trademark or other rights. Any posts or comments that do may be hidden or removed.
We encourage everyone to use common courtesy, be respectful of others and follow our guidelines to foster a healthy social media community and to protect your privacy. If you disagree with the content, we’d like to hear from you, but abusive, unproductive, offensive, or unlawful comments or rants will be taken down. Again, if you have a question or comment about a specific product or situation, you should call or email us.
CSL does not endorse and is not responsible for any ads, content, products, advice, opinions, recommendations or other material of third-party sites that may be promoted via advertising within social media platforms. In order to protect the community from potentially malicious content, we may remove posts or comments containing links to third-party content. For your online safety, we strongly encourage you to avoid opening any third-party links posted unless you trust the source of that post.
Please do not comment on threatened or actual litigation, or disputes, between you and any other person or entity (including CSL). If you have concerns about an issue and would like to provide feedback, or would like follow-up from us, please call or email us.

These terms govern each of our social media-based platforms, accounts, pages and applications (or collectively, our “social media”) that belong to, or are managed by CSL Financial, LLC (“CSL”). By accessing our social media, you agree to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and any other applicable policies, terms and guidelines established by CSL and those of any third parties that host our social media (such as Facebook or Instagram). If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use or access our social media.
By accessing our social media and agreeing to these terms of use, you agree to comply with all of CSL’s Social Media Community Guidelines (set out above) with regard to any content that you post/share on our social media, and you expressly agree to CSL’s right to moderate and delete any content from our social media at our sole discretion. You also agree that your activities on our social media will not violate any applicable law, regulation or terms of any existing agreements you may have with CSL. Any unauthorized use of our social media or misuse of any information posted to our platform is strictly prohibited.
The content provided in our social media is owned or licensed by CSL Financial, LLC, unless otherwise indicated. Permission is granted to temporarily download a copy of CSL-provided content from CSL’s social media for personal, non-commercial use only or for CSL’s retailer’s use consistent with CSL’s agreements with such retailers. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not do any of the following except as otherwise provided herein or as specifically permitted by CSL for its retailers):
- Modify or copy materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any display;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the materials; or
- Transfer the materials to any other person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by CSL at any time. The information and content provided on our social media are intended for informational purposes. CSL is not responsible for any content posted by users, including posts made by employees or agents who are not authorized administrators of our social media. With respect to any content collected through our social media, CSL follows the applicable privacy policies of the third-party hosts of our social media. In no event shall CSL, its affiliates or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CSL’s social media, even if CSL has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. CSL will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage that results from your failure to comply with these terms or other applicable guidelines, or from any technical, human or software errors or failures found within our social media. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CSL, its parent, subsidiaries, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to any claims from any third parties arising from your use of our social media or violation of these terms or applicable guidelines.
CSL has not reviewed all of the third-party social media linked to its social media and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement by CSL. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk. You understand that when going to a third-party web site, that site is governed by the third party’s privacy policy and terms of use, and the third party is solely responsible for the content and offerings presented on its website.
CSL may modify the features, content and functionality of its social media, or terminate entirely any of its social media, at any time without prior notice or liability to you. Modification or termination of these social media terms will not affect, or result in the termination or modification, of any other existing agreements you may have with CSL.
CSL may revise these terms of use for its social media at any time without notice. By using CSL’s social media, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of use. Any modifications to these terms shall be effective as of the date posted.
Your accessing of our social media in no way shall be deemed to create an agency or employee-employer relationship of any kind between you and CSL, nor do these terms extend rights to any third party.
